Writing makes you cool 

I cherish writing like I cherish many things dear to my heart. Sometimes I call myself "a writer who rarely writes" and that might hold an ounce of truth to it, considering I find myself very often strapped under the metaphorical girdles of writer's block. Unfortunately, or perhaps fortunately enough writer's block does not exist in the world of academia.

I have been writing since high school, when I decided to pick up a book and actually read it. Don't get me wrong, I had read many books before the fine time of adolescence, but without really paying any attention to the detail. Reading did not make you cool up until then! The more I read, the more it inspired me to create something of my own. I started writing in my free time. 

Writing for academic purposes might seem tedious and boring. This might be the case at times, but my degree presented me with various opportunities to unravel my creative tools and create papers that I am proud of. This portfolio is a display of those.
